Build Your Career's
Source of Truth

A guided AI interview that draws out your real story — then packages it so the algorithm finally sees what a human would have loved.

Rejection hurts. Especially when it's done by a machine that didn't fully understand you.

If you've been auto-rejected 50, 100, 200 times — the problem probably wasn't your experience.
It was that a machine couldn't parse your story.

75%
of resumes are rejected by ATS before a human ever reads them
200+
applications sent with zero callbacks — a story shared by thousands
98%
of Fortune 500 companies use ATS to pre-screen every applicant

The modern hiring funnel doesn't start with a human. It starts with an algorithm trained to match keywords, penalize formatting errors, and filter by pattern — not potential. Qualified people are being screened out every day, not because they lack the skills, but because their story was never translated into a language the machine could read.

Your career doesn't fit in a template. Your path is non-linear, your expertise is cross-disciplinary, your value is in the combination — not the credentials. The ATS was never built to appreciate that. But you can build something it can't ignore.

Using AI to apply for jobs is controversial.
The tools screening you are sophisticated. Your materials should match.

Recruiters have been using AI to screen candidates for years — filtering on keywords, flagging formatting, ranking before a human reads a single word. The playing field was never level. It just wasn't visible.

This tool doesn't write your story for you. It asks the right questions until your story is on the page — in your words, from your experience — in a form the algorithm can finally read correctly. You co-write this document with AI. Every word is yours.

01
You bring the story
Your career, your proof points, your voice, your specific path. Nothing invented, nothing generic. AI can't supply any of this — only you can.
02
AI asks the hard questions
It pushes back on vague answers. It probes until something specific emerges. It catches the things you'd leave out because you've stopped seeing them as remarkable.
03
Together you build the source
The output is a document that speaks two languages: the human narrative that makes a recruiter want to meet you, and the machine-readable format that gets you past the gate.
The Principle
"They're using AI to read your résumé.
Use AI to make sure it's read right."
That's not gaming the system. That's making sure the system doesn't misrepresent you. AI and humans working hand-in-hand — your authentic story, finally translated. Fight fire with fire. Win on merit, not on luck.

A structured interview across 11 sections.

01
You answer. We push back.
The AI asks 1–2 questions at a time and probes when answers are too vague. Generic answers — "I'm results-driven," "I'm a strategic thinker" — are challenged until something specific and ownable emerges.
02
11 sections, zero shortcuts.
Core positioning, verified facts & figures, six career narrative pillars, voice & tone, story selection guide, and current status. The questions most job seekers have never been asked — and have never asked themselves.
03
Your package downloads instantly.
When the interview ends, your files compile automatically and download as a zip — ready to upload to any AI tool and put to work immediately.
04
Every output draws from one source.
Drop your files into a Claude Project. Every resume, cover letter, bio, and interview answer pulls from your source of truth — consistent voice, consistent facts, every time.

Three things most job seekers never have — all at once.

📖
A resume that tells a clear career story
Most resumes are a list of jobs. Yours will be a narrative — a coherent argument for why your specific path, in your specific sequence, makes you the right person for the role you're targeting. Built from the ground up on the story you actually have.
🤖
A resume built to survive ATS screening
Your resume comes in four formats with an explicit guide on which to use where — a dedicated keyword block, ATS rules baked in, and formatting an algorithm can actually parse. Getting through the gate is step one.
An AI training file in your own voice
Drop your Brand Positioning Document into Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI tool and it instantly knows your career story, your tone, your proof points, and your rules. No more re-explaining yourself every session. No more generic output that sounds like everyone else.
70%
of employers screen candidates on social media before they ever read a resume
80%
of recruiters say personal branding matters when evaluating candidates
2.75×
more impressions generated by personal profiles vs. company pages on LinkedIn

Your resume is no longer the introduction — it's the confirmation of a conclusion already reached about you online. The question is whether that conclusion is intentional.

Most professionals build their job search materials in isolation.

Resume here. LinkedIn there. Cover letter written fresh each time, under pressure, from scratch. The result is inconsistency — different language, different emphasis, different tone — across the very materials that are supposed to tell one coherent story.

Without a BPD
  • Rewriting your story from scratch every application
  • AI produces generic output because input is shallow
  • Inconsistent language across resume, LinkedIn, cover letters
  • Numbers approximated from memory — or invented by AI
  • No framework for interview answers under pressure
With a BPD
  • One document, every output consistent and on-brand
  • AI produces content that sounds like you, not a template
  • Every number verified, every story ready to deploy
  • Your differentiator articulated before the interview asks
  • Updates once — everything downstream updates with it

One document. Hard thinking done once.
Every output that follows draws from the same well.

Why This Exists
"These are the rantings
of a crazy person."

I sent over 200 job applications and got zero interviews. Not one callback. I had real experience, a non-linear career that actually told an interesting story — and complete silence.

Then a friend at one of the biggest tech companies in the world told me she'd tried to refer me for a role I had applied to directly. She never received my resume. The ATS had filtered me out before a human ever saw my name.

That night I sat down and info-dumped everything I'd ever done into an AI. Every job, every project, every person who shaped how I work. When I was done, I read it back and thought: these are the rantings of a crazy person. How does any of this fit together — and why should anyone care?

Having actually interviewed and hired people, I knew the answer had to be a story, not a list. So I built one — organized around six pillars that answer exactly that question. I called it a Personal Brand Positioning Document.

A week later, I was no longer being auto-rejected. I overhauled my LinkedIn using the same document. People working in the field I'm pivoting into started finding me, following me, calling me a thought leader.

I built this tool so you don't have to have the breakdown first.
